VHM enters a new chapter with integration into GROUPE IDEC

VHM — Vítor Hugo Coordenação e Gestão de Projectos, S.A. begins a new chapter in its history following the entry of GROUPE IDEC into its shareholding structure, an international reference group in engineering, real estate development, and energy. This new stage was officially marked on 27 March in Porto, during an event that brought together the teams from VHM and GROUPE IDEC, symbolising the beginning of a shared journey based on collaboration and a common vision for the future.

The integration of VHM into GROUPE IDEC represents a strategic milestone in the company’s evolution, aimed at strengthening its growth capacity, developing increasingly complex and demanding projects, and consolidating its presence in the markets where it operates. Vítor Hugo, founder of VHM, remains actively involved in the company, ensuring stability and the preservation of the values that have defined its activity over more than three decades. The organisational structure remains unchanged, as do the teams and the way clients are supported, ensuring consistency and trust in this new phase.
